Additional useful techniques include methods of deep breathing, visualization, and mindfulness meditation. Being grateful improves mental, physical and relational well-being. It also impacts the overall experience of happiness, and these effects tend to be long-lasting.

Yoga Training For Educators

During this training, educators delve into discovery process by polishing their way of living, releasing tension, and finding their inner peace. They learn how to synchronize and unite the body, mind, and spirit. The true practice of yoga begins in the inner world rather than outer world. It is an exploration and discovery of infinite possibilities of pure consciousness that go beyond physical reality.

Dance Your Stress Away

Designed as a dance therapy that moves you a step closer towards discovering your joy and releasing stress and tension from the body. It is an invigorating low-impact form of exercise to increase physical fitness, boost immune system, and enhance mood. The body releases hormones of happiness [endorphins] when we dance and these hormones produce a soothing and calming effect that helps to relieve stress and anxiety.

Relaxation And Breathwork Therapy

Participants will learn full body relaxation techniques designed to calm the mind, release emotional tension, and rejuvenate the physical body. A series of deep breathing exercises forms one of the key components in generating relaxation. Breath influences the state of the mind in a palpably positive way, gently freeing the body of tension and blockages.

Pure Parenthood Yoga And Mindfulness

Pure parenthood originates from self-love, inner peace, relaxation, and self-mastery. Parents are their children’s first teachers, and as role models it is crucial to focus on authentic self-study and exploration. During this one-hour class, parents will learn researched methods of energizing yoga poses and mindfulness techniques in order to purify the mind, your emotional state, and body, while simultaneously developing strength and flexibility.

Family Yoga

All family yoga activities and games help to enhance flexibility, refine balance, improve coordination, strengthen neural pathways, awaken creativity, teach respect for self and others, and most importantly, to create a stronger bond between parents and children. The goal of these fun Family Yoga games and activities is to help kids and parents just to be themselves.

Support Group For Parents

We provide a comforting and knowledgeable space where parents can have questions answered and express their concerns and receive credible answers and valuable support. Join our parent support group and come together with other parents and staff members who can relate to your experience. This group has been expressly created for parents who need a safe non-judgmental place to both share and support.
